All website orders are completed using Direct-to-Garment printing technology. Direct-to-garment is where the shirt is fed into a printer and the printer then prints ink directly onto the garment, dying it and producing a clear and permanent image.
If you would like a different printing technique, such as screen-printing, heat transfer vinyl or embroidery, please contact us to make a special order.
A DTG print on white or light colour garments is dyed into the shirt fabrics, so you can’t actually feel it at all. On dark garments, the printer lays down a white base to then print colour and designs on, so the print will be on a layer on top of the garment, providing a soft texture similar to that of a screen print.
In terms of quality of image, DTG printing can maintain image quality better than that of vinyl or screen printing. There should be no issues with blurriness or pixelation as long as the image provided is of high quality (anything more than 2000 pixels wide is usually perfect).

Absolutely, please contact us to arrange garment drop-off/delivery, and from there we’ll do the rest!
Please bear in mind that for DTG printing, the garment must be at least 70% cotton. We cannot print DTG on high polyester material because the print does not bond well with the fabric. However, if you are doing screen print, embroidery or heat transfer vinyl, we can print on just about anything.

AS Colour has various ethical standards in place to ensure that throughout all manufacturing processes, their garments are manufactured with the environment in mind and their production does not impede on the human rights of any workers, from the cotton farmers through to the factory workers. Click here to read more about what AS Colour is doing to ensure that they are “doing the right thing”.
We exclusively stock AS Colour, and have some samples in the facility. However, we do not have samples for every style, sample and colour so we recommend going to an AS Colour retail store and checking out the garments there. Click here to view a list of AS Colour retail store locations.
